PERFORMANCE ORDER

2. Turning to the left, spread a gear wheel of the inlet camshaft (13) with the adjusting piston (14) and a spherical spring (14a), at the same time it will enter gearing with a flange shaft. The position of a flange shaft should be set previously. The markings put with paint have to coincide.
3. Impose the operating chain on a gear wheel of the inlet camshaft. At the same time the markings put during dismantle on the operating chain and a chain wheel have to coincide.
4. Tighten a nut (6) with m 65 N.' moment, at the same time lock vents it has to be directed outside.
5. Insert an anchor (2), at the same time the tightening plug on an anchor has to be over obtusion of the operating piston (18).
6. Tighten a bolt with a fillet (1) as follows: a dynamometer key with m 5 N.' moment, then tighten in the same direction on 90 ° (1/4 turns). At the same time hold an anchor (2) for lysk with Rozhkov SW24 key.
7. Fasten a gear wheel of the final camshaft, and for the l engine 1,8 / 2,0 – in addition a gear wheel of an inlet shaft with the imposed new bolts (T40 key size) operating a chain. Markings on a chain wheel and a chain have to coincide. Tighten bolts as follows: a dynamometer key with m 20 N.' moment, then tighten in the same direction Rozhkov a key on 90 ° (1/4 turns).
8. Establish a natyazhitel of a chain.
Prevention

Extend lock pins from camshafts.


9. Connect an exhaust pipe.
10. Put on a hose of cooling liquid behind a head of the block of cylinders and record hose clips.
11. Screw the directing tubes of measuring instruments of level of oil of the engine and the automatic transmission on a head of the block of cylinders.
12. Cover sealing surfaces of a forward cover (23) heads of a side of cylinders with sealant 002 989 0020 10 or other sealant.
13. Install unloading plugs for two bolts (1) (diameter of a carving of 8 mm) behind a cover. 56. Establish a new sealing ring of round section for cooling liquid and insert a cover.
14. Screw bolts (1) on both sides with m 20 N.' moment, and bolts (2) (diameter of a carving of 6 mm) with m 10 N.' moment.
15. Establish a wire a lambda probe.
16. Put on hoses for removal of air a head of the block of cylinders.
17. Screw the holder of the position sensor of the crankshaft behind a head of the block of cylinders.
18. Screw an inlet collector on a head of the block of cylinders.
19. Establish new sealing laying, tighten bolts evenly cross-wise with m 20 N.' moment.
20. Install the regulator of cooling liquid (thermostat).
21. Fill in cooling liquid.
22. Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
23. Connect a wire of "mass" of the accumulator.
24. Expose time on hours.
25. Enter an anticreeping code of radio.
26. Warm up the engine up to the working temperature and check for tightness.
Prevention

At leak of oil because of leakage of sealing laying of a head of the block of cylinders oil replacement is recommended.
