7. Take overlays of blocks (43) from a support of the brake mechanism. Additional components: 44 – spring bracket; S10/1 – a wear sensor wire.
8. Take the wear sensor from the slip basis. The sensor is usually on an external slip. In modification of "taxi" the sensor costs on all slips.
9. If isolation of a wire was wiped, replace the sensor.

Change by places of internal and external slips, and also overlays of the left wheel with overlays of right – is inadmissible. It can lead to uneven action of brakes. All overlays of one axis change at the same time. Various wear of slips cannot be the cause of claims. At a difference between thickness of the internal and external slip exceeding 2 mm it is necessary to check after all the directing support bolts for ease of the course and if necessary to replace them.



At the removed slips do not press a brake pedal, otherwise brake pistons will jump out of the case. If through an oversight it occurred, remove a support and collect it in a specialized workshop.

1. Clear the directing surfaces, the place of landing of a slip in the mine of the case a brush suitable for this purpose from soft metal and the vacuum cleaner, or wipe with a rag with alcohol. 5. Lubricant should not get on a slip or a brake disk at all. If necessary right there wipe lubricant paste, and clear a slip alcohol.
6. Insert both slips into a support. At the same time you watch that the spring bracket stood in parallel to the upper edge of a slip.
7. Put the wear sensor on an external slip.
8. Return the case of pistons to a starting position and screw on a guard new we samokontryashchitsya by a bolt with m 35 N.' moment. At the same time hold the directing bolt Rozhkov a key.

11. Check the level of brake fluid in a tank, if necessary add to the maximum mark.
12. Carefully grind in new brake slips. For this purpose repeatedly, having accelerated the car to 80 km/h, slow down it to the speed of 40 km/h with a weak pressure upon a pedal. Between braking let's brakes cool down a little.
