1. Remove the dashboard.
2. If necessary remove cartridges of signaling devices on a reverse side by means of the left rotation and replace lamps. In auto repair shops of Mercedes for an otvorachivaniye of cartridges of lamps there is a special tool, but it can be executed also fingers or flat-nose pliers.
3. Replace a lamp only with the lamp having the identical power and the same type.
4. Insert a cartridge of a lamp and wrap it to the right.
5. Mount the dashboard.

1. Remove the protection cover under a guard of devices.
2. Remove a steering wheel.

Follow rules of precaution at the handling of the device of an inflatable safety cushion.

3. Unscrew screws from a contact spiral at directly established forward wheels so that it was possible to remove a contact spiral.


Do not unscrew completely screws, otherwise the contact spiral collapses and it will need to be established in average situation again.

4. Extend two shtekerny connections of a contact spiral from the holder and separate them. Remove a contact spiral.
5. Unscrew fixing screws to the combined switch.
6. Take the holder.
7. Take shtekkerny connection (S4x1) and way of shift бюгеля (arrow), deblock it.
8. Only at equipment tempomaty: Take and separate shtekkerny connection (S40x1).
9. Take a casing of a pipe cover (33) together with the combined switch, if necessary and the switch of a tempomat.


1. Get on a steering shaft the combined switch together with a pipe cover.
2. Get and screw the holder.
3. Lay connecting lines and record tips of wires in the return sequence.
4. Get a contact spiral on a steering shaft, at the same time lay a connecting wire. Pay attention that the contact spiral is got against the stop and that the groove on a contact spiral coincides with the fixing ledge on a steering shaft. Tighten hardly fixing screws. Connect tips of wires and record them.
5. Install the protection cover under a guard of devices.
6. Establish a steering wheel.
