Regulation of a cable of gas (30)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. At the stopped engine and not pressed accelerator pedal between a flood spring (30/7) and the directing element (30/5) there has to be a gap from 0,5 to 1,0 mm, otherwise establish it by means of the adjusting screw (30/3).
2. The cranked lever (32/5) has to adjoin to the limiter of idling of a butterfly valve, otherwise change connecting draft (32/4). Connecting draft has to be established very precisely. The microswitch in the provision of idling has to be pressed (will close).
3. The roller (32/8) without tension has to adjoin to the trailer limiter of the adjusting lever (32/7). Otherwise respectively adjust connecting draft (32/4).
4. Adjust Bowden's cable for installation of the operating pressure (98). For this purpose turn the adjusting screw (98/2) until the edge of the shaking lever (32/2) is not established at identical height with an edge of the kulisny lever (32/6).
5. At the stopped engine charge to the workmate to press an accelerator pedal against the stop of the lever of a butterfly valve, enshrine the last in the provision of the maximum supply of fuel. In case of the automatic transmission you do not put the switch of a pedal of an accelerator (S16/7) in action.
6. Check whether the lever of the roller of a butterfly valve adjoins to an emphasis of the lever of a butterfly valve. Automatic transmission: otherwise respectively turn the adjusting screw (30/3). Mechanical step transmission: adjust an emphasis of the lever of a butterfly valve.

Regulation of an emphasis of the lever of a butterfly valve in space for legs (only in case of the mechanical transmission)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Bring out of gearing an emphasis of the lever of a butterfly valve in space for legs, rotating it to the left side, and extend a lock bolt a little.
2. Slowly squeeze out an accelerator pedal to the provision of the maximum supply of fuel until the lever of a butterfly valve does not lie down on its emphasis.
3. In this situation record an emphasis of the lever of a butterfly valve (38) by means of its rotation to the right side in internal space.
4. Release a pedal of an accelerator (24). Between a flood spring (30/7) and the directing element (30/5) there has to be a gap from 0,5 to 1,0 mm, otherwise in internal space of the car carry out adjustment by means of an adjusting nut (30/2).
5. Grease Bowden's cable with anticorrosive lubricant between a tip and the directing element (30/5).
6. If is available, check adjustment of a tempomat.

Adjustment of a tempomat

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unhook connecting draft (32/11) on one party of a spherical head.
2. The adjusting lever (32/7) has to be in neutral situation.
3. Turn an adjusting shaft (32/13) of executive body of a tempomat (M16) in the direction of the movement of an hour hand (in the direction of an arrow). In this case the executive body is in neutral situation.
4. Turn an adjusting shaft (32/13) of executive body of a tempomat (M16) in the direction of the movement of an hour hand (in the direction of an arrow). In this case the executive body is in neutral situation.
5. Then again hang connecting draft. At the same time the lever of executive body has to be raised approximately on 1 mm from an emphasis of the lever of a butterfly valve.
6. Otherwise adjust connecting draft. Wring out a spherical insert. Weaken a lock-nut and screw in or unscrew a spherical insert, again hardly tighten a lock-nut.
