8.1.8. Inlet gas pipeline

GENERAL INFORMATION

4-CYLINDER PETROL ENGINE

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a cross pipe of the air filter.
2. Disconnect a weight(s) wire from the plug of the rechargeable battery.
Prevention

At the same time the anticreeping code of radio is erased.


3. Disassemble the fuel distributor with valvate nozzles.
4. Unscrew a well with wires.
5. Unscrew and put aside a windscreen washer vessel.
6. Separate shtekkerny connection (shooter) to executive body of system of regulation of frequency of rotation of a shaft of the engine idling. For this purpose open a collar of fastening and Take a wire from a spring clip.
7. Unscrew a rack of the inlet gas pipeline (19/4).
8. Separate shtekkerny connection of the engine/coil of ignition. Unscrew ignition coils.
9. Remove the line (77/2) going to the regeneration valve.
10. Unscrew the pipeline (23) which is under depression going to the amplifier of the brake drive.
11. Remove and mark an adhesive tape all pipelines on the inlet gas pipeline which is under depression.
12. Unscrew on the inlet gas pipeline a bolt (15/1) from a rack of the pump of strengthening of the steering drive.
13. Remove the directing detail (30/5). At the same time at first Take from it the plastic nipple.
14. Unhook a cable of management of gas (30). For this purpose enter through a cut in the kulisny lever (32/6) the hummock drive. Squeeze a plastic spring clip (30/4) and extend on a support (32/3) Bowden's cable (a steel wire in a flexible twisted cover).
15. Automatic transmission: unhook Bowden's cable regulating the operating pressure.
16. Tempomat: unhook connecting draft.
17. Unscrew bolts (19/1) and nuts (19/2).
18. Take the inlet gas pipeline.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear sealing surfaces and check them a ruler for lack of curvatures.
2. Screw the inlet gas pipeline with new consolidation (19/3). Alternately hardly tighten bolts with m 20 N.' moment (approximate value).
3. Tempomat: hang connecting draft.
4. Automatic transmission: hang Bowden's cable regulating the operating pressure and adjust this cable.
5. Enter a cable of management of gas through an opening in a support, press it into a support and record.
6. Hang a cable of management of gas together with the directing detail. Pay attention to that the plastic nipple was fixed in the directing detail.
7. Weaken a rack of the pump of strengthening of the steering drive, then insert a bolt (15/1) to the inlet gas pipeline and twist it. Hardly tighten a rack of the pump of strengthening of the steering drive.
8. According to the marking made earlier get all pipelines which are under depression on the inlet gas pipeline.
9. Screw the pipeline of the amplifier of the brake drive which is under depression.
10. Spread the pipeline (77/2) going to the regeneration valve.
11. Install ignition coils.
12. Screw a rack of the inlet gas pipeline.
13. Connect electric wires to executive body of system of regulation of frequency of rotation of a shaft of the engine idling. Fix a collar and record wires in a spring clip.
14. Establish and screw a windscreen washer vessel.
15. Screw a well with wires.
16. Install the fuel distributor together with valvate nozzles.
17. Mount a cross pipe of the air filter.
18. Adjust a cable of management of gas.
19. Attach a weight(s) wire to the plug of the rechargeable battery. Determine time on hours. 38. Enter an anticreeping code of radio.
20. Start the engine and check tightness of all connections.
21. Check system of idling (work for auto repair shop).

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a cross pipe of the air filter.
2. Disconnect a weight wire from the rechargeable battery.
Prevention

At the same time the anticreeping code of radio is erased.


3. Automatic transmission: on the block of regulation unhook Bowden's cable for regulation of the operating pressure.
4. Unhook connecting draft of the valve of regulation of pressure (200).
5. Unhook connecting draft (204) pumps of nozzles.
6. Unhook a plastic spring clip from a cable of gas (228).
7. Unscrew 4 bolts (205) and take aside adjusting draft.
8. Unscrew the vacuum pipeline on the vacuum pump.
9. Dismantle the ventilating line of the engine (107).
10. Unhook fixing clips (54/1) of a fuel-supply line of high pressure on the inlet gas pipeline.
11. Unscrew bolts (109) at the left and on the right on the holder of the inlet gas pipeline.
12. Unscrew bolts (108).
13. Unscrew the inlet gas pipeline.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear sealing surfaces and check them for planeness by means of a ruler and the measuring probe.
2. Screw the inlet gas pipeline with new sealing rings of round section. Alternately tighten bolts with m 25 N.' moment (approximate value).
3. Screw the holder for the inlet gas pipeline.
4. Take a fuel-supply line of high pressure on spring clips.
5. Establish the ventilating line of the engine.
6. Screw the vacuum pipeline on the vacuum pump.
7. Screw adjusting draft.
8. Screw plastic spring clips on the inlet gas pipeline.
9. Hang connecting draft of the pump of nozzles.
10. Hang connecting draft of gas.
11. Automatic transmission: hang and adjust Bowden's cable for regulation of the operating pressure.
12. Establish a cross pipe of the air filter.
13. Check installation of the inlet gas pipeline.
14. Attach a weight wire to the plug of the rechargeable battery. Expose time on hours. Enter an anticreeping code of radio.
15. Start the engine, check tightness of all connections.
16. Check operation of the car idling (work of auto repair shop).
Prevention

At the 2,2/2,5 l engine it is necessary to dismantle only the details presented in the drawing.
