GENERAL INFORMATION

REASON
WAY OF ELIMINATION
The shaft of the engine rotates ovally, high fuel consumption, low engine capacity
Nozzles are faulty Replace nozzles.
Nozzles are untight (drops), are polluted Replace nozzles.
The nozzle needle hanged or is broken Replace a nozzle needle.
The beginning of giving of the pump is displaced Check adjustment of the beginning of giving of the pump.
The fuel pump of high pressure is faulty Install the new pump of high pressure.
The engine has mechanical defect; valves are untight, cylinders / pistons are worn-out, laying of a head of the block of the cylinder, narrowing in an exhaust system is untight Check a compression, check the engine shaft engine mount / bearing.
Malfunctions during the work in the idling mode
The heavy course of a cable when pressing a pedal of an accelerator Adjust a cable of management of gas so that it easily moved.
Oval movement of a shaft of the engine when idling and the cold engine, too high frequency of rotation at the heated engine Check vacuum hoses for increase in frequency of rotation in the idling mode.
Fuel-supply lines on the fuel pump of high pressure and the fuel filter / are not fixed fuel-supply lines are faulty Check hard landing, if necessary replace the pipeline.
Screw connections on the fuel pump of high pressure are weakened Check the support plate for cracks or a break, if necessary replace the pipeline.
The fuel supply system is faulty The fuel filter is polluted, fuel drain hydrolines and fuel-supply lines of high pressure or the ventilating line of the fuel tank are untight or polluted, bent or narrowed in junctions.
Too high fuel consumption
The air filter is polluted, the power supply system is untight Clear or replace the filtering element. Check visually tightness of all fuel-supply lines (inlet, drain, fuel-supply lines of high pressure, the fuel filter and fuel pump of high pressure).
The drain hydroline is littered Weaken the drain hydroline on the fuel pump of high pressure. Start the engine and check whether fuel acts. Blow air the drain hydroline from the fuel pump of high pressure to the fuel tank.
Too high frequency of rotation of a shaft of the engine when idling Check the frequency of rotation of a shaft of the engine when idling and a possibility of its decrease.
Too low engine capacity
Test prerequisites: indications of a speedometer have to be normal; the size of tires to correspond to serial equipment; wheels (brakes, bearings, naves of wheels) have to be blocked, coupling and the drive of management of coupling have to be in the normal state; process of a running in has to be complete. Speed should not decrease at additional equipment (baggage on a roof, etc.). For determination of the maximum speed it is recommended to pass the flat test site in both directions, about 1000 meters to determine the maximum speed by means of a stop watch.
The emphasis of the lever of a butterfly valve limiting its maximum opening is not reached Adjust a cable of management of a butterfly valve.
The air filter is polluted Clear or replace the filtering element.
Vials of air in a fuel-supply line from the filter to the fuel pump / the fuel pump of high pressure Check the giving fuel-supply line and the filter. The fuel filter is not fixed or untight; the giving fuel-supply line between a tank and the fuel filter is untight; linear connections on the fuel filter are untight.
Fuel-supply lines are faulty Check visually tightness of all fuel-supply lines (inlet, drain, fuel-supply lines of high pressure) from the fuel filter and the fuel pump of high pressure.
